Hillborough Nursery

Most children on our waiting list will be admitted in September the term after their third birthday.  If there are places available, a further two intakes will take place in January and April following the child’s third birthday.

In addition to our Terms and Conditions of Acceptance of a Place, please note the following: -

• It is the parents / carers responsibility to inform their current Early Educators / Child Care setting in advance and to give notice in accordance with their cancellation notice period;

• Parents and carers are advised that a place at Hillborough Nursery does not guarantee a Reception place at our School;

• Your child must start at our Nursery within seven School days from the start of each term (Autumn, Spring and Summer term) - see start dates in the table below;

• After your child has started, six weeks’ calendar notice must be given to cancel your child’s place.  During the cancellation notice period, your child will remain enroled at our Nursery;

• After your child has started, six weeks’ notice must be given to request a change your child’s nursery sessions.

The table below details the deadlines that apply to each intake period.

All prospective parents and carers of eiligible children that would like to request a transfer to our nursery should email admissions@hillboroughinfantschool.uk to register their child on our waiting list by the application date stated in the table above.

Hillborough Infant School

As a Local Authority maintained school, prospective parents or carers that would like to transfer their child to our School will need to submit an in-year transfer application to Luton Borough Council's Admission Team.
