Our before and after school clubs are delivered by Kidz Zone Club Ltd.

Our before and after-school club provision is open to all children in:

• Hillborough Infant School - attending Reception to Year 2
• Hillborough Junior School - attending Year 3 to Year 6

Kidz Zone is not just for children who need to attend for childcare purposes; it’s a great opportunity for children to socialise, have fun and play with friends!

Children will have the chance to earn the “Club Star” award at each club, rewarded for following our FUN agreement of having fun, keeping safe, playing fairly and showing respect.

We currently offer the following provision:

Before School Club (7.45 a.m. to 8.50 a.m. - term time only)

The breakfast club runs from 7:45am – 8:50am, Monday – Friday. Breakfast is included in the form of cereals, toast and juice.

Cost:

£5 per session

 

After School Club (3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. - term time only)

Children have a choice of indoor activities each day.

Cost: 

3.30 to 4.30 pm £5

During “Active Hour” an activity is offered each day alongside the option of supervised play, so there is a choice on offer for all children.  After 'Active Hour' children enjoy a wide range of self-selection activities focused around the weekly theme of the club, including arts & crafts, quizzes, board games, creative tasks, team building, fun competitions and more.

Food and Snacks

Children staying for the 'Active Hour’ will receive a drink and biscuit.

Children staying for the second part of the club will receive a cold snack (sandwich/wrap with filling).

Cancellation / Booking Changes Policy

Applicable to all Kidz Zone before and after school club booking cancellations or changes.

• 48 hours or more notice of the booking date is required for a cancellation or booking change – a 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method; please note childcare voucher payments can only be refunded to account credit due to HMRC rules.
• Less than 48 hours notice – no refund.
